The space The apartment in Nickis Gleis is 42 km from Passau and offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free parking. The bright historic apartment is centrally located but in quiet location. The center is a few minutes' walk away. The The summer toboggan run and the outdoor pool are within 10 minutes' walking distance, as well as the indoor hall Babalu in 15 minutes. Our central location in the Bavarian Forest and its proximity to the national park offer a wide variety of leisure activities. For example: the Bärenwelle outdoor swimming pool with wave pools and slides, a summer toboggan run, the Grafenauer Bäreal spa park with extensive walking paths, a children's playground, skate park, Kneipp facility and mini golf. Family ski resort Mitterdorf with ski slopes and cross-country trails in various levels of difficulty and of course hiking opportunities nearby and further afield for all requirements. Other things to note Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 10 pm. Departure is possible until 11 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The key handover takes place in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request. A baby crib can be provided on request (free of charge). The tourist tax of EUR 1.95 per person (from 18 years)/night will be charged on site. For children (6-17 years) the tourist tax is 0.90 EUR per person.
