This attractive apartment is approximately 85m2, is on the upper floor and faces the garden. It has two bedrooms with a total of two twin beds, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a shower room. A terrace in the garden can be shared. The space The spacious apartment #3, "Heaven", is located on the upper floor of Schleiferei II. From here you have a beautiful view of the large communal garden. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, with high ceilings and exposed beams defining its character. The 85m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, a combined living, dining and cooking area and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the best conditions for ambitious cooking. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase and a bicycle storage room can be shared upon request. The apartment is perfect for a family stay, even with a dog. The location on the upper floor offers an ideal retreat as well as a wonderful view of the Harz Mountains and our beautiful garden, where a sunny outdoor seating area and a large sandbox invite you to linger in nature. In addition, the apartment can be used as a comfortable base camp for excursions into the wonderful nature of the Harz Mountains - and of course as a place for a relaxing break... The apartment is designed for four people (basic price). An extra bed for children up to 12 years is available for an extra charge, a cot is available free of charge upon request. The apartment can be combined with the neighboring apartment #4, "Forest", via the common entrance area, offering privacy for larger families or groups. One pet is allowed in this apartment upon request. Other things to note In 2022 and 2023, we completely renovated the industrial monument Schleiferei II, which now houses a total of six separate, modern vacation apartments. The design followed the maxim of finding and developing the special charm of the historic building. Floors of exposed screed, raw masonry walls and exposed steel construction elements were combined to create a harmonious overall impression. This is complemented by furnishings that combine vintage elements with modern design. For example, table tops were made from historic roof beams and combined with contemporary steel elements, and beds were custom-designed and juxtaposed with timeless design classics. The individual lighting concept emphasizes the special features of each apartment.
