Bright & quiet room for 1 or 2 people

I am renting out my peaceful room whilst away travelling or in France. The room is in a spacious, bright, quiet and clean 2 bedroom flat. You would be sharing with a quiet, friendly and clean male professional who is my housemate. The room is ideal for someone short or long-term who goes out for work or college during the day. I can put a desk and chair In if required. There is also a hanging rail for cloth. No parties or visitors. It's a quiet place surrounded by trees. Guest access the room is in a relaxed 2 bedroom flat. It's quiet at night. You would be sharing with a responsible, respectful and quiet male professional who keeps himself to himself. The space is ideal for someone who is looking for a calm place to come home. after a long day. Great kitchen and a lovely sofa and TV to hang out too. During your stay I can be reached via email or messages but not much in person. You would see my housemate more and talk to him more when you are here. He would also show you around the flat :-) Other things to note if you are looking for a place to chill after a long day this place is perfect. before I agree to a booking I would like to talk to you to find someone suitable as it's not for parties or working from home.
