The space The apartment is situated at the conclusion of the promenade, nestled between the picturesque Sutorina River and the captivating hiking region of Igalo. This meticulously designed 45-square-meter apartment boasts air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. It comprises a bedroom featuring a spacious double bed measuring 180x200 centimeters, a cozy living room with versatile, unfoldable couches, a fully equipped kitchen catering to all culinary needs, and a well-appointed bathroom. The highlight of the apartment is the captivating view from the panel-covered balcony, overlooking the serene Sutorina River, the vibrant football pitch, and the majestic Mount Orjen, standing tall at an impressive 1400 meters. While the sea may not be directly visible from the balcony, its presence can be felt in the invigorating blend of cool mountain air and salty sea breeze, creating a therapeutic environment particularly beneficial for individuals with respiratory ailments. The apartment is ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to six people. The third to sixth person can comfortably sleep on the couches in the living room. Free parking and Wi-Fi are provided. Kindly note that there is no washing machine in the apartment, but it does have an ironing table, drying cable, hairdryer, and other essential amenities. The Old Town is a 4km walk along the Sea Promenade, while the shopping center, ATM, and food stores are just 1km away. The two closest beaches are Katiči Beach, a gravel beach (600m), and Plaža Poštenja Beach, a muddy beach (500m). LIVING ROOM: The living room is comfortably furnished to accommodate four people. The dining table is also situated in the living room. Stylish glasses are displayed in a chic corner vitrine. The balcony is accessible from the living room. The air conditioning unit is situated in the living room, facing the bedroom across the hallway. Kindly ensure that it is switched off when vacating the apartment. The dining table is situated in the living area. It can comfortably seat four individuals. Additionally, it can also serve as a functional office table. Dining on the balcony is also an option. BALCONY: The balcony extends across the entire length of the apartment. It is fully covered with insulated panels for protection against the elements. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the river below and Mount Orien. It serves as a tranquil spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a busy day. BATHROOM/TOILET: The bathroom features a walk-in shower equipped with a shower battery that offers various settings, including rain simulation and massage. A stylish sink and an elevated toilet are also present. A hygiene shower is conveniently located next to the toilet. The bathroom mirror is equipped with a light switch and a socket. The hair dryer can be found in the drawers below. The entire bathroom is meticulously protected against water damage with marble and granite. THE BEDROOM: The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 centimeters. Two nightstands are conveniently placed on each side of the bed, equipped with bed lamps and phone chargers for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for your comfort and convenience. The towels are provided in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. We kindly ask you not to take them with you to the beach. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is situated in the valley between the Sutorina River on the left and a hill on its right. It is in a tranquil neighborhood. If you rise early in the morning, you might observe two ducks swimming in the river below. After two bends or 500 meters, the river merges with the sea. Even during the summer season, the cool wind known as Burin ensures refreshing nights. It originates from the mountains and flows towards the sea. It is advisable to wear pajamas if you choose to sleep with the windows open. The apartment comes with its own parking space, which is a valuable asset in the city. LOCATION: The apartment is conveniently located on the top floor, offering an unobstructed view of the river and a soccer pitch. Its parking spot is conveniently situated behind the living room window below, and through the living room door, you can access the terrace that overlooks the neighborhood. The apartment's living room receives indirect sunlight in the morning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment is accurately represented in the pictures and has been recently renovated to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Guest access Smooth access to all the areas of the apartment. Other things to note ADDITIONAL RULES: Additional fees: We understand that mistakes happen for many reasons (fatigue, rush...). But please. Double-check if the number of guests on your reservation invoice matches those who'll come to the apartment. We will charge any additional person who comes outside Airbnb on the site. The government of Montenegro occasionally physically sends authorities to check on the guests' legality. So we can not afford illegal people on the site. Tourist tax: Note that the government of Montenegro imposes a tourist tax of 1,00 EUR to be paid by every person over 12 years old per night. The tax is a small price to pay in exchange for clean streets, well-maintained roads, good facilities, etc. The tourist tax is collected additionally on the site - only in cash. QUIET HOURS: Between 22:00 and 8:00. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in: After 13:00 Check-Out: By 11:00 If the cleaning after the previous guest took place (at 11:00) the same day that your arrival then the check-in is after 18:00. But you can still leave your luggage in the apartment, park your car, and go through the check-in process with your host. (Collect the key and enter the apartment later) PETS: Pets are not allowed.
