The front door has a width of 139cm, there is also a ramp leading to the front door, whilst the parking area surface is uneven. The door to the terrace is 85cm wide. Stepping out of the villa onto the terrace is tiled, however, the pool area is surrounded by decking. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The twin bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom has a door width of 65cm.
