All rentals share the beautiful grounds and the large pool. The space The common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open air TV and lounge space with comfortable seating, salt water pool with waterfall, poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ area, sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating. For sure this will be your favorite spot to hang out at night in frontheat of the fire!!! Guest access Common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open air Tv and lounge space with comfortable seating, a salt water pool with waterfall and jacuzzi (not hot tub), poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ area, sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating. This will be a favorite spot to hang out at night in front of the fire. Other things to note Complex is Just for Adults. (Please note due to floating staircases and open balconies, this property is not suitable for children.) No Elevator. No external guests/neither invites allowed. Residential area. Renters will limit noise and music to 9am to 11pm.
