Free parking on the premise in the 2-car garage. Other things to note Pet Friendly Your furry friends are warmly welcomed upon approval with a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay. Security Camera The entry and exit points of our home are monitored by security devices. No Party & Events No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. No Smoking Smoking is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur additional costs as determined by our housekeeping.
