Central two store apartment in quiet area

Welcome to me and my girlfriend, Mari's, apartment only 5 minutes walk away from Tønsberg train station! It is one of four apartments in a cosy and historic house. It is renovated inside in 2013, and the fasade of the house is cultural heritage and not changed since 1919. It is a very quiet an nice area, about 10 minutes from Tønsberg center. You have access to a nice terrace with a grill in connection to the dining room. The space The apartment is 62 kvm and consists of to floors. The first floor consists of entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The basement consists of two bedrooms. One is our main bedroom and the other is the guest bedroom. When you go into our main bedroom you need to walk thorugh the guest bedroom. In the main bedroom there is a double bed. In the guest room there a sleeping sofa (double bed). The fifth person will sleep comfortably in the living room sofa which is soft and wide. Guest access You will get access to the entire house ( Both floors), and the outdoor area which is accesable from the dining room. Please note that we share entrance with the upstairs neighbour. So the stairs to the second floor shall not be used. The washing machine is in a common area. If you need to use the washing machine- let me know. Other things to note The washing machine is in a common area. If you need to use the washing machine- let me know. There is free parking in the street right outside the aparment every weekend. And the street har free parking 3 hours at a time i (just remember to write a note in the windshield stating your arrival). It is possible move the car and write a new arrival every 3 hours.
