From the underground parking garage, which features a private EV charging station*, you can take the elevator directly to the fifth floor and access the apartment. The apartment offers a living and cooking area equipped to the highest standards of comfort, featuring a large sun terrace, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a marble bathroom with shower. Start your day here with fresh coffee on the spacious terrace while enjoying panoramic views over Hamburg. The bedroom features a cozy 180 x 200 cm bed. The sofa bed in the living room also provides a comfortable sleeping space for 2 additional guests (150 x 200 cm sleeping area). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. The large terrace is perfect for enjoying a relaxing morning coffee or a glass of wine. Thanks to the open-plan living and kitchen area, there is a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. For a true home-away-from-home feeling, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
