Guest access - Private keypad number provided for each guest - Access is for the entire home - Excluding 1 separate garage used for Airbnb storage Other things to note This is a quiet peaceful neighborhood and we want to be especially respectful of our neighbors. So please treat our home and neighbors with respect:) and please read below guidelines. AC During hot Arizona months (May, June, July, August, September) the lowest AC temperature setting is 74F. This temp will keep the home very cool as it is an energy-efficient new built home. CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please give us at least 24 hours notice advance if you would like to check in early, also remind me the day before you arrive, so I can notify the cleaners to do your location first if possible. Early check/late check out in is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to help your schedule if there is no guest right before or after. NOISE LEVEL - Quiet hours are between 9:00pm - 7am. - Good Neighbor Policy & City Law states any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the quiet hours. - NO corporate events or parties (Noise Level is monitored by Minut Noise Aware device on the Patio and sent to us. Only we have access to it. It is not a recording of conversations) - The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for. SECURITY CAMERAS - 1 Front Doorway Camera - The camera is installed for guests' safety. They will ONLY be used/viewed for emergency, safety purposes. We are the only one with access to the devices. OTHERS - NO Smoking in anywhere of the property (indoor & backyard) - Not Pets, and no additional guests other than signed-up - Service professionals may enter the exterior/back yard of the property, at reasonable times, with or without notice, in order to service the property - Trash & Recycle Pickup on Tuesdays TPT License #2150957
