With the largest square footage of any 1BR/1BA unit in the community—and the only east-facing 1 bedroom—you’ll enjoy shaded, breezy afternoons on your private balcony while taking in sweeping ocean views. Within the gated community, you can choose from three pools, a game of tennis, or simply wander two minutes to Bolongo Bay Beach, where you can swim, snorkel, or just relax with your toes in the sand. Step into the fully renovated kitchen, complete with handmade hard-surface countertops, custom tile backsplash, and every essential for cooking or baking. From stainless steel pots and pans to a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, Corelle dishes, and dishwasher—every detail is designed for your convenience. In the bedroom, indulge in a king-size Dr. Oz memory foam mattress, blackout blinds, premium linens, and a Roku Smart TV. The living room includes a Luonto king sleeper sofa, twin XL daybed with memory foam, and a swivel recliner, with stunning ocean views and a 65” Smart TV for entertainment. For your comfort, the unit also includes central AC (recently upsized), high-speed Wi-Fi, a high-capacity washer and dryer, backup generator, and keyless entry. The bathroom is newly renovated with fresh finishes and stocked with ample plush towels. For beach days, we provide towels, chairs, and a cooler. Please note: the condo is accessed via a set of stairs (no elevator). One parking space is included. While taxis are available, we recommend renting a car to fully explore the island. About the area: Sea Cliff is steps from Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, where you can dine at Iggie’s Beach Bar, plan a sailing adventure on the Heavenly Days Catamaran, and enjoy nightly entertainment. A short walk also brings you to Mim’s Seaside Bistro, a favorite for its famous coconut curry lobster and fresh seafood. Just 10 minutes away, Red Hook offers a marina, fishing charters, ferries to St. John and BVI, shops, restaurants, bars, and more. There are 2 locked closets and 1 locked cabinet for owner's use only. A few helpful things to know about St. Thomas and our home: St. Thomas, USVI is a U.S. territory. Cars are American-style with the driver on the left—but driving is on the left-hand side of the road. It feels different at first, but you’ll adjust quickly! Sea Cliff Villas is a secure, gated community located in the heart of St. Thomas, perfectly positioned between Charlotte Amalie to the west and Red Hook to the east. Tucked just far enough off the main road, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet with nothing but the soothing sounds of the ocean. Sea Cliff is within walking distance of Bolongo Bay Beach, Mim’s Seaside Bistro, and Iggie’s Beach Bar. For groceries, shopping, additional beaches, and attractions, you’ll want to rent a car or take a taxi. Both Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie are just 10 minutes away.
