Fantastic tiny house by the lake with sauna

Welcome to our tiny house by the lake. A cozy log cabin on 2 levels with private terrace and fantastic lake views awaits you. The tiny house is located in our spacious garden, which is also used by us. In our garden you can enjoy the barrel sauna, the fireplace or your own beach by the lake with sun loungers. The circular path around the lake and the surrounding field and forest paths invite you to walk and jog. The space The house is heated and air-conditioned. The bedroom in the attic can be reached via a narrow staircase. The bed is 140 cm wide. Upstairs there is only partial standing height. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes & cutlery. Linens & towels are included. The bed awaits you freshly made and towels are ready for you in the bathroom and sauna. The sauna is included. Feel free to use the wood-fired sauna right by the lake. Firewood, lighters and lighter are prepared in the sauna. Fireplace & campfire is included. In front of the terrace of the house is a fireplace that can be used for a campfire. Shopping: The closest shopping opportunities are: Edeka: about 2.5 km, Am Kindergarten 4, 31311 Uetze PENNY: about 2.9 km, Weißdornallee 1, 31311 Uetze Netto: about 3.2 km, Rälingser Str. 7, 31311 Uetze Parking: You can use the private parking space right by the cottage. Internet access runs via a fast and stable fiber optic connection. Hannover Messe is only 29 minutes by car. Other things to note Fishing in the lake is not allowed. You can charge your electric car at our 11 KW wallbox. We charge €0.30/kWh for this.
