Complete house with 65m², private pool, balcony overlooking the garden, private kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop and assorted utensils, with 2 suites, being: 1st on the upper floor with double bed, closet and air conditioning; 2nd on the ground floor with a double bed, bathtub, closet and air conditioning. Sleeps up to 4 people. The space We are a village of houses with a family and welcoming atmosphere. Here, you will find all the comforts of an equipped home, but with the peace and serenity of a natural paradise. 🌱 We do not serve breakfast, the houses have equipped kitchens and guests are responsible for their own shopping, supplies and meals. Our Village has a very privileged location in the heart of Caraíva - we are close to restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and market, 120 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the river. Guest access Our village is in the heart of Caraíva, on Rua do Cajueiro, and to get here, just follow the following instructions: * After disembarking from the canoe, turn left along the riverbank and enter the first corner on the right at the cachaçaria. Continue straight ahead and, at the first crossroads, turn left (on the corner of Pousada Almesca). Then go to the end of the street and, just ahead, you will see the sign indicating the entrance to our Village. * Taking into account that we do not have a reception, we suggest that you organize yourselves and always let us know about the expected arrival in Vila Nativa, to ensure that everything is prepared for your arrival. Remember that our check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out before 12 p.m. Other things to note Important Vila Nativa Rules: * The use of speakers is prohibited. * We enforce the Law of Silence after 8 p.m. * The swimming pools of the houses are for the exclusive use of the guests and visits are not allowed (fine of R$ 500.00, and, in case of insistence, subject to cancellation of the stay without reimbursement of any amount paid). * Turn off the air conditioning and interior lights when leaving the house or when not needed. * Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet, as we use an ecological septic tank. * If anything is damaged, we will ask for a refund for repairs. * In case of loss or breakage of the key or keychain, R$ 50.00 will be charged. * We have 20-liter gallons of mineral water available and charge R$ 30.00 per unit, just ask the team if you are interested. * Cleaning is done on alternate days (every other day) and the houses need to be vacated by 12 noon so that cleaning can be carried out, after which time there will be no more service. The towels and linen are changed every 4 days. * If the guest does not want cleaning on the day, it will only be available again on the next alternate day. * Guests are also responsible for replenishing products in the house. * The pools are cleaned from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the staff enters the outdoor area of the houses for maintenance. If this causes any inconvenience, let us know! * Take care of the pool light controls that are next to the others, in case of loss, the corresponding amount will be charged. * Any change in the number of guests must be communicated prior to arrival. * We offer the loan of an iron and hairdryer, which must be returned after use. * The projector is only available for Luxury Homes 1, 2 and 3 and only for watching movies. If you are interested, you must schedule a time one day in advance. Use is allowed only from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and, in case of bad weather, it will not be authorized.
