NO parties allowed. Please note there are a few flights of stairs to the unit. No visitors allowed. The space Very spacious 2 bedroom, open plan lounge and kitchen. Bathroom with bath and fixed hand shower. Large balcony with comfortable outside furniture and a gas braai. Secured parking inside the gated complex with 24/7 security. Only the main bedroom and open plan lounge/kitchen area features air conditioning. There are some flights of stairs to get to the flat so if you are physically impaired or in a wheel chair then unfortunately it won't be a suitable stay for you. The view is worth it from the top, but there are some stairs to climb to get to the flat. There is a loading bay that does help get you to a higher level, but still some stairs to climb.
