If you dream of the scent of a barbecue in the garden and a dip in the pool a stone's throw from home, you have found your ideal accommodation. We are just a 10-minute drive from Zocca, surrounded by greenery but with the convenience of being just a 300-meter walk from the town and the Montombraro swimming pool (water park). Tables, chairs and grill provided (summer) The space Why choose our villa: • Barbecue & Relax: A large private garden with patio equipped with table, chairs and grill (in summer) for your outdoor days. • Atmosphere and Fireplace: For the winter months or cool evenings, you will find a beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the living room, perfect for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. • Strategic Location: The pool is literally "attached" to the property. In 10 minutes by car you are in the heart of Zocca for an aperitif or a typical dinner. • Space tailored for you: We prepare the house according to the number of guests to ensure order and comfort: UP TO 4 PEOPLE: You will have the entire Ground Floor (Room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom). MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE: We will also open the Attic (with 4 more beds, 1 double bed, two single beds and the second bathroom) and the Tavern, the coolest space in the house with a large table for your dinners with friends. (If there are 4 of you or less but you still want the whole house, write to us at the time of booking and we will find the ideal solution). Hours and Check-in: • Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. (Self check-in with Smart Lock, enter whenever you want in total autonomy). • Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. • Special needs: If you need different times, write to us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you! Amenities included: • All set: We provide clean sheets and towels for each guest. • Nature: Trails for beautiful walks in the countryside start directly outside the gate.
