New king bed and mattress, New floor, new kitchen, new bath, strong AC's in both bedroom and living room, oversized balcony, fast wifi, 50” smart tv, beach chairs available. The complex has swimming pool available and some recreational areas. There is parking inside available. SJU airport is around 35 min away from Luquillo. The complex is nearby highways to visit El Yunque, local beaches, ferry or boat tours. 750sqft The space Cond Playa Azul, Luquillo 00773 Guest access Entire private 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo. The apt is 750 sq ft. Other things to note - The apt will come with a couple of toilet papers rolls and one paper towel. If you need more you can buy from several places around like gas station, Amigo supermarket or Walgreens that sells per single rolls. Please do not throw any other paper than toilet paper down the toilet because it will clogged the toilet. You will be responsible for the plumber fee to unclogged the toilet in the event it was clogged with paper. -In Puerto Rico it is not uncommon to experience a temporary power outage. In the majority of the cases will come back shortly. There are flashlights and lanterns inside the property in case you need them. -Elevators are not modern but they are safe and functional. -We don’t provide washcloths and detergent. -Please verify all your belongings before check out as we are unable to hold items and the housekeepers dispose everything that is no from the unit except documents and valuables. -Once the cancellation policy has kicked in we are unable to accept alterations or cancellations. -The sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed.
