The property is newly constructed and is in a quiet setting with easy access to the port town (Hora, Naxos) which is 7 km away. The village of Eggares has 2 tavernas, a mini market and a coffee/bar shop. The village also hosts the Naxos Olive Press Museum. Between the village and the sea lies a lush green valley full of fruit trees, olive groves and vineyards. The closest beach (Amitis) is a long sandy beach, partly organized with a beach bar at its far left end. The space The apartment is spacious (50 sq mts), offers all the required facilities, is nicely decorated and full of light. It has a nice view of the Eggares valley and the sea (Amitis beach) in the distance. Guest access The apartment is fully functional with a separate entrance, a fully equiped kitchen, private bathroom and a spacey veranda.
