The space The house is 420 m2, they have 70 m2 on the first floor, 70 m2 on the second and the remaining 280 m2 are garden and exterior. There are ceiling fans in each room and another in the dining room. A two-story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining room with access to a magnificent porch overlooking the ocean. A luxury! We enter through the front door and go directly to the patio. On the ground floor we have a double room, full bathroom with a room for a washer and dryer, kitchen and dining room. Both with access to a magnificent porch overlooking the Mediterranean where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family. On the 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and exit to a large terrace overlooking the ocean. Wake up watching the sunrise and having a coffee!
