Welcome to your West Palm Beach Oasis! Nestled in the peaceful, highly desired neighborhood of Lake Clarke Shores, this beautiful home w/heated pool is a home away from home for your whole family. You're just minutes from downtown W. Palm Beach, the Convention Center, City Place, Golf @The Park WPB, beaches, attractions for the kids, fine dining, nightlife & shopping. Just under 10 min from the airport, you'll be barbecuing, playing games (Pac-Man+), and floating in the pool before you know it! The space This beautiful home is located in the highly desired area of Lake Clarke Shores, so beautiful and peaceful, it's also considered a bird sanctuary!! It's perfect for strolling, jogging, or taking out our beach cruiser bicycles. For local and upcoming West Palm Beach events, shopping and more, go the the City Place website. Just type the two words as one word (no space) in the search bar. You'll be amazed! And Clematis Street is a destination you won't want to miss, either! We're super close to food shopping, take-outs, as well as any other stores you can think of. We're just 2 1/2 miles from golfing at "The Park - West Palm Beach", where you can golf while hobnobbing with some of the elite personalities from Palm Beach Island and all over the world. The house itself is completely remodeled with all new furnishings. Because of the spacious, open design, large tables, beautiful kitchen tableware, serving pieces and amenities, it is perfect for family gatherings. Feel free to cook and eat-in to save money or just to enjoy a nice home-cooked family meal. The space is naturally bright, but equipped with room darkening shades so you can choose your light level. Great for sleeping in if you choose to. Use the two beach cruiser bicycles to explore the area or stay home, enjoy the pool, and play corn hole or any of the games we have for you. You'll also find all the amenities you could want such as pool/beach towels, bath linens, as well as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper readily available in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, either casually or more elegantly. We are easily accessible for any questions or needs/wants you may have and pride ourselves on quick, friendly customer service. Not by a management company, but by caring homeowners whose aim it is to make your stay as carefree as possible. For your convenience, we offer a baby bath, high chair, and pack and play, which are all accessible within the house. We also provide 2 beach cruiser bicycles and helmets for your enjoyment! Bedrooms- All have their own smart TVs. Two bedrooms have king sized super comfortable foam beds. A third bedroom has an equally cozy queen bed and a desk for remote work. A fourth bedroom has a full sized bed with a pull-out twin sized trundle. Finally, the Living Room sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed if extra space is needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with gorgeous ceramic dinnerware, lovely glassware and melamine dinnerware for outdoor dining, as well as cookware, serveware, coffeemakers, blender, microwave and toaster for creating your own special feast. BBQ with propane is also provided free of charge. LANDSCAPING AND POOL MAINTENANCE: PROPERTY MAINTENANCE A. Landscaping crew comes once a week, usually Wednesday, but day of the week is weather dependent. THEY JUST COME AND GET STARTED WITHOUT NOTICE. If you would like to avoid them coming on a certain day, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate that request. B. Pool maintenance is once a week, generally on Tuesdays. Also weather dependent. THEY ALSO JUST COME AND GET STARTED WITHOUT NOTICE. They are very fast. You may not even see them. If you would like to avoid them coming on a certain day, please message us and we'll try to accommodate that request. In between these weekly vacuuming appointments, stray leaves and palm pollen (little white specks) may fall into the pool. This is beyond our control. We are leaving pool skimmer nets for you in case you want to use them. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property with pool. Please keep in mind that this is a lovely, peaceful neighborhood, and be mindful of neighbors on the other side of the fence who do not appreciate loud music or partying. Other things to note Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use. Please either use foil on the grill or clean it after use for the next guests. If found left dirty requiring extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be required. We have 2 beach cruiser bicycles available with a lock. So take them out and cruise around!
