This beautifully newly built suite is just few steps away from a new playground and is walking distance to a shopping centre and bus stops, situated among undisturbed greenery and fresh air. *Our suite is not child-proof and may not be suitable for children under 12 due to stairs, glass top table, mirrors, lamps. Outlets are not covered. Corners are not padded. An unfenced yard that offers easy access to roads. Please let us know beforehand if you will be bringing along your little one. THE SUITE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: ✔ HUGE BEDROOM with a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. ✔ BEDROOM 2: LOCKED. Please go to my other listing if you would like to book this room as well. ✔ KITCHEN: fully stocked with complete appliances and all the cookware necessary to make a yummy meal. - Electric kettle, coffee machine, tea - Pots and pans, knifes, serving utensils. - Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. **(No cooking of foods or use of spices with strong, lingering smells including but not limited to shellfish, curry, and use of fish sauce.) ✔ BATHROOM: Beautiful floating vanity with quartz countertop, hair dryer and all cleansing products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. A set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. ✔ LAUNDRY ROOM: Brand new stacked LG washer/dryer with iron and iron board. Detergent will be provided for booking of 2 nights or more. ✔ LIVING ROOM: Comfy Sofa, 55" TV with free Netflix account. You could also cast your own Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts. No Cable TV. There's also a HDMI cable that you can plug directly into your laptop. ✔ COMPLIMENTARY - Unlimited hi-speed WiFi (300 Mbps). - A treadmill for your fitness activities (Please inform me ahead and sign a liability waiver if you would like to use it during your stay) - Access to big backyard for parking and plenty of room for free parking on the street. - Filtered water in fridge, coffee, tea selections, and some snacks to welcome you during your stay! ✔ SECURITY DEPOSIT - if you damage our suite, you may be charged up to $500. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the suite smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter. ✔ VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: – The Property has exterior cameras placed in the parking areas, entrances and backyard. No cameras or surveillance devices inside the guest space. This video footage is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets/guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Guest access You will have complete access to the suite level (except locked furnace room) with your own separate entrance. No other people will be sharing the suite with you. ***PLEASE NOTE: - Must climb stairs - 10 steps to reach the suite from the side entrance. - This listing is only for the interiors of the suite itself. - Bedroom 2 will be locked and not available for booking of 2 or less guests. While we took all measures to sound-proof (by installing resilient channel & 5/8” drywall), you may hear movement above at times if the main floor space is occupied. Due to the separate heating systems, there are no shared air vents for sound to travel, so very little sound carries aside from foot traffic. The sound-proofing is better than many other hotel and similar spaces that we have personally visited. Registration Details BL270103
