Other things to note This house is about 100 years old and I'm still in the midst of fixing up much of it, but it's a lovely and serene home, with a well landscaped yard, tons of calming lovely areas to hang out, and I've found my time here to be calming and enjoyable, especially coming from the city with a child. Pool is not heated and will be open June - September. Two top floors are air-conditioned - main floor is not.
