The space The space is part of a duplex house located in a exclusive residential zone at walking distance from Blue Mall, super markets, restaurants, and other comercial centers. Guest access The guests may have access to the garden and a beautiful balcony. Other things to note The edification is divided in two houses (a duplex house). As the photograph shows , each space has its own entrance, they are completely independent.
