Room in duplex apartment

We offer a room with private bathroom in our pretty duplex apartment in downtown Valence (15 min walk from the train station). We are a couple and share the common areas of our apartment. A large wooded terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in peace and we have an inner courtyard to drop off bikes. We also have a very cuddly cat as a roommate! Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
