Outdoor balcony with new fixtures and mosquito nets. The space A delightful apartment on the 3rd floor of a condominium equipped with a comfortable elevator. Armored door and an entrance equipped with stand coats and boots, common relaxation area to the two bedrooms with 2 armchairs and smart TV. Kitchen shared between the two rooms with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and 2 comfortable pantry (one per room). A comfortable living terrace with table and 2 chairs. The two bedrooms share a bright new bathroom with a washing machine and large jacuzzi shower. The latest generation boiler for hot water is ready. Each room has its own privacy as it has a key. New fixtures and mosquito nets on all windows. During your stay During your stay I will be reachable by phone or App Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The room is reserved and for exclusive use in an apartment where it shares bathroom, kitchen and relaxation corner with another room. There are no linens and towels. On request you can buy (and then find in the room at check-in) a kit consisting of 1 bed + 1 set of towels at the cost of €60 that will remain of the guest. In winter, the kit will be enriched with a quilt and the kit will cost €100. Attention: All stays longer than 30 days will be subject, by law, to the drafting of a regular transitional rental contract that requires Identity Card and Italian tax ID of the tenant. If the guest does not have an Italian tax ID number, they must have it released within 30 days of arrival for registration. Otherwise, you will proceed with paper registration (without tax ID number) with a surcharge of 50 euros for the guest.
