Our home is spacious and airy with room for everyone! Newly remodeled home & all furniture is made by local craftsman. Relax around the pool, in a hammock, or under our massive palapa with eating area, grill, bar, & built-in lounging area. The back gate leads onto miles and miles of serene black sand beach! After sunset, the kids can play games at the huge 12 person table while parents can crash on the oversized sofa in front of the TV. Note: during Christmas and Semana Santa minimum 1 week The space The upper and lower master bedrooms have king sized beds and air conditioners. The lower guest bedroom has 2 single beds and an air conditioner. The upper guest bedroom has a queen bed NO AIR CONDITIONER, as we don’t need it with the air coming from the hills being very cool. The palapa has a queen sized bed and 3 upper single beds with NO AIR CONDITIONER Guest access Whole house except cleaning pantry Other things to note Internet is patchy on the beach so do not count on good internet, TV or Netflix. Storms are common and so are service issues which are out of our control. Be careful when swimming in the ocean: not safe for children at most times of the year. And really only for experienced surfers or swimmers Check out time is noon Check in time is between 8am and 3pm unless previously organised There are bats that reside around the house and under the palapas. They will not harm you, and do eat the mosquitoes. All of the houses on the beach have them, and the cleaning lady comes to clean up after them 3 times a week. If you really cannot tolerate bats, this is not the place for you. Please do not rent and then have a poor ranking because of bats.
