Welcome to our quiet mother-in-law suite located in the charming town of Anderson, South Carolina! Our cozy 1 bed 1 bath newly renovated above-garage apartment is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Located in a quiet setting in the woods, you'll feel at one with nature while still enjoying all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay within 30 minutes to Greenville and Clemson and 10 minutes to Anderson University. The space The home is furnished with one king-size memory foam bed and one sofa that can be configured into a sleeping area. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-2 people. This is a smaller above-garage apartment, roughly 300 sq ft. Inside the kitchenette, you'll find all the dishes and utensils you need to enjoy your delicious takeout from downtown Anderson! There is a coffee maker with pods, a microwave, a toaster, and a mini fridge for your convenience. The living room is furnished with a smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, and there's also a selection of board and card games for your entertainment. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: A blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen, and more.. Guest access You'll have access to the entire above garage mother-in-law suite. This will include the garage, the back lower deck, and the backyard. Other things to note As of April 2026 the back deck is under construction and may not be available. Please reach out with any questions about deck amenities. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with an exterior ring camera.
