Dominique is very happy to welcome you to the heart of the butterfly island! You will stay in a comfortable luxury villa facing the sea and Kite Surfing, on the edge of the fifty geographical steps. The room is air-conditioned, the bed is large, there is private and secure parking for your car. My place is good for couples or single people who come to visit Guadeloupe, or people traveling for their business (Jarry area right next door). The space The room available to you is on the first floor of the villa. It has a dressing room, a bathroom with a private bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Bed and towels are provided, as well as bath products. You also have bath sheets. The bed is made upon arrival. The bedroom opens onto a large 28 m2 terrace that overlooks the sea with a view of more than 180 degrees and breathtaking. From your bedroom and the terrace, you can admire the Petit Cul de Sac Marin, the view of Marie-Galante, the Soufrière and its mountain range, and on a clear day, Dominica. The house sits on the edge of fifty geometric steps. The garden is very flowery and lively with many birds, including hummingbirds, sugar trees, damn goats... a gate gives access to the sea. The bay is appreciated by pelicans, frigates and various sea and migratory birds. The house is often lulled by the sound of the waves. The site is in the heart of the island, so close to the tourist sites of Grande Terre and Basse Terre, and all amenities (supermarket 5 minutes). As you can see, I want to share this place where it's good to live! Guest access Access is open to all common areas in the house, garden, pool (pool in the residence), access to the sea. A large living room welcomes you on the ground floor; it also overlooks an extended terrace of a large deck shaded by a pergola. This is where you'll have the opportunity to have breakfast, surrounded by birds. The pool is beautiful and large in the middle of a tropical garden. The water is delicious… There's also a large TV screen, very high speed WiFi internet (ORANGE fiber), unlimited phone with access to over 40 destinations. During your stay I can pick you up at the airport if you wish, and help you with your visits to the island, which I know well since I moved there in 1990. I can also offer you personalized excursions, including visiting the Grand Cul de Sac Marin by boat. Other things to note Breakfast can be served on request for a charge. You can then enjoy fresh bread, exotic fruit jams, tropical fruits (sometimes from the garden)... you will have hot drinks thanks to a Dolce Gusto pod machine (coffee, tea, chocolate). If you wish, I can also offer you Creole dishes at prices between €15 and €20.
