KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat. The space Luxury conditions and the use of exclusive materials are not typical here. You will live in a DIY but adorable little cottage. You can watch the events on the river from the window if you don't feel like walking/rowing around the area. It is recommended! Since we are eco-minded, the surrounding vegetation is left to flourish. For this reason, as well as the close proximity of water and forest, the place is not recommended for insect phobics. The number of mosquitoes sometimes spikes temporarily in the hours of sunset, so be prepared for that. Guest access - The whole house - 2 bicycles - 2 canoe - The motorboat can only be used with me by prior agreement :) Other things to note - Tap water is not drinkable, but I provide 20 water tank with frequent replacement. - You can only use the canoe at your own risk, with sufficient knowledge of the river. Respect the Danube! - I will inform you about current fire bans - The resort area cannot be accessed above a certain water level.
