The whole group will enjoy easy access to many nearby sites from this centrally located place on a quiet, residential street. Walking distance to the old hospital, about a 25 min walk to Grenfell Campus. Two bedrooms and double-sink bathroom upstairs, with large eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, tv room and half-bathroom (with laundry!) on main floor. Lots of parking, patio furniture and deck in the fenced-in backyard, and front yard with a view of the bay. The sunsets are unreal! The space An older home on a lovely street with plenty of space, lots of books to read, and an ideal kitchen for cooking and sharing meals. Guest access All rooms, apart from the master bedroom and ensuite. The upstairs office isn't set up for guests. There is a full desk in one bedroom and a small desk in the second, and the dining room table is also a great option! Other things to note There is normally a dog living here. Some pet hair is to be anticipated.
