ZEN - Plush Villa with Heated Outdoor Jaccuzi

Unwind and feel peace within you at our beautiful Airbnb in the heart of Noida with a modern outdoor jacuzzi. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cosy bedrooms equipped with all amenities. Whether you're relaxing on the rooftop patio or enjoying the soothing waters of jacuzzi, the House of Zen provides a peaceful and unforgettable stay. As it is centrally located all online food or grocery services work here. The space Its a corner plot in a residential area with good parking space available for guests. We have a master bedroom with the view of jacuzzi and two beautiful and cosy rooms in the back which have direct access to table tennis. Includes a living area in the middle where everyone can hangout with access to an open kitchen with all amenities. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture available with a top view of the jaccuzi. On the terrace at the back, you will also find a pool table lounge with bar chairs. Other things to note We also have a few rules for stay, 1) No food inside bedrooms. 2) Smoking of cigarettes and hookah is strictly prohibited inside the house and will incur a fine of ₹1000. A designated outdoor area is available for both cigarette and hookah use. 3) If the place is completely trashed and messy with litter everywhere a cleaning fee will be charged of ₹2000/-. Also no confetti inside or outside the house. 4) You need to submit a security deposit of ₹6000/- at the time of arrival to the manager in cash which will be completely refundable if there are no damages to the property. 5) Utensil, glasses and house cleaning charges ₹500/-(mandatory) to be deducted from the security deposit at the time of checkout. 6) You need to provide govt IDs of all guests before arrival - soft copies to be shared on phone. 7) 1 ID will be submitted at check-in to the manager at property which will be given back at checkout. 8) No drinking or spilling drinks inside the jacuzzi, ₹2000/- fine. 9) No loud music outside after 11pm, inside there is no problem. 10) Please note - there are cameras installed on the outside areas of the property , which is allowed as per Airbnb policy and are there for safety reasons. 11) No Smoking/ Drinking around the pool table. Any damages found will be fined. 12) Please don’t move the furniture around, for any help ask the caretaker. 13) In case of puking, ₹500/- will be charged to clean it in addition to the cleaning charges. 14) Please note that all decorations must be kept outdoors. Indoor decorations are not permitted. Please confirm on these before booking. **We don’t provide food or breakfast options as it is more convenient to order online, Also Barbeque is not possible here. ** Heated Jacuzzi timing 8pm -12 midnight. It takes time to heat up, so please confirm your arrival time with the manager. (Availability NOVEMBER - MARCH) **As there are only 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 guests, We do provide extra beds on request (2 available) which are laid in the living area for ₹1000/- each.
