Room in the most walkable area of Guadalajara

If you like craft beer, music, coffee and a good book, this is the right place for you. The house is safe, quiet and cool with well distributed spaces and a pretty nice patio. Located just half a block from Chapultepec Avenue, you can visit bars, cafés and bookstores at walking distance. We also have a groceries store less than half a block away. We have a dog named Teo who's a sweetheart The space The room is located on the second floor next to the bathroom and three other bedrooms. We have a living room with television, kitchen with stove, electric oven and microwave. In the garden we have a hammock and an Acapulco chair. Guest access The kitchen is open to guests, as well as the washing machine, living room and patio. The only thing that's not at the guests' access are the other rooms. During your stay We live three in the house. Normally we go out during office hours to work but I have a flexible schedule. I can be contacted by calls, WA, Messenger or text messages.
