Our Villa is included a dedicated GRO who will be pleased to assist you with any other request and help you to organize private car with driver, scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, babysitters, yoga instructors, massage/spa therapist and more. This villa is also baby friendly, we can organize baby cot, high chair or pool fence easily. Please text us with your specific requirements. NOTE: - We provide daily cleaning services. - Towel and bedsheet changing twice a week. - For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price. - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. Breakfast can be prepared by our staff upon request with extra costs, please give one day notice. Early Arrivals and Late Departures: - If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to the villa availability. - Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. For the late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge.
