Experience the true rustic ambience of the Lake of the Ozarks at the Fishing Loft. This top floor waterfront condo is decorated with fishing décor throughout and features sleeping arrangements for 8 people and a waterfront balcony with gorgeous views. The complex is located on the 12-mile marker of Horseshoe Bend, and features access to one lakeside pool, indoor pool, a playground, basketball court, a tennis court! The space Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Living Room The living area features one regular sofa and one sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and a large sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, flat screen TV, large closet, and a gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the lake. This room also has its own private entrance to the waterfront balcony. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a 3-teir bunk bed, with a queen, full-xl, and twin sized beds, a dresser, large closet and flat screen TV. Outside Out on the waterfront balcony there is a patio table with an umbrella and a gas BBQ grill for your use. **There is no trailer parking on site. **MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car. ***There is no trailer parking available at this complex*** Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in.
