It offers 3 double beds bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ,a large living room, a guests WC and a separate kitchen. Large terraces, direct access to the pool area and the yoga deck are only some of the great experiences to offer. 230m2 of beautiful living in a real hideaway. SUITE AIR is located on the first floor with a breathtaking view to the east, the sea and the island of Naxos. it is a small little juwel that has access to a 40 m2 terrace. It incluses a double bed bedroom with an en suite batroom. VILLA FIRE is a 120m2 independent but attached villa that is located in the south area of the property. It has a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful double bed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a great view to the east, the sea and the island of Naxos. A fully equipped office space allows working and printing. Large terraces offer views to the fruit gardens SUITE Water is located to the west of the property. It is an independent suite of 30m2 that offers a bathroom and a combined double bed bedroom with a lounge and a kitchenette. Other things to note - The primary renter (Guest) must be at least 25 years old. Adults may not rent on behalf of minors. Subletting is prohibited. The Guest is responsible for any individuals staying on the Property, and only those listed in the booking may stay overnight. - Full responsibility for any loss or damage. - Liablity for accidents or injury: Use of the pool and fitness facilities is at your own risk. We especially ask you to keep a close eye to children. The property owner and keyholder are not liable for accidents or injuries occurred to any of the guest during their stay at the villa. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. - Please don't throw anything into the toilets. - No parties or loud music are allowed cause it may disturb neighbors' properties during quiet hours (15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00). - Please be aware that the tap water in Paros is not drinkable . - Entertainment, video or TV productions, and large-scale events such as weddings or anniversary parties are prohibited without prior approval from the owner. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. - The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters will be the location of the property.
