There are two bedrooms, both overlooking the large rear native garden giving the space a relaxed, down-south feel. Guest accommodation is the downstairs area of a two-story home, secure and separate with private entrance and one parking space. Included is a large bathroom incl bath, open plan living/dining and a kitchenette. Perfect for up to four guests. Retired owners live upstairs The space Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and separate large bath. Additional bathroom vanity/powder area next to queen bedroom. Combined living dining area with kitchenette. Small fridge/freezer, microwave, small oven and stove, Nespresso machine and pods provided. Sandwich maker, toaster also provided. Dining table with two chairs plus additional outside dining table with four chairs in adjoining courtyard. Courtyard covered with shade sail. Access to rear garden is encouraged and welcomed. Children are welcome, cot and highchair provided on request. Guest access Access to full bottom floor of large two story house. Private (not shared) access to the space via path on the side of the house. Lock box with key - code provided on booking confirmation. Laundry is shared with owners who live upstairs. Please note there is an internal door in the living area which is permanently locked. On the other side of this door, is the entrance to the main house, with stairs leading upstairs. At times, some noise may be heard as owners move in and out of the house. Please be assured the internal door is locked and the downstairs space is completely private to you.
