This newly renovated spacious 2 bed home with full kitchen is just a 150m walk to a small beach & 10-15 minutes from Alona beach. Carefully designed to provide a comfortable stay, including international sockets, built in USB chargers, wifi, Netflix, towels, premium bedding, iron, hair dryer, cooking utensils etc 2 new Queen & 1 Double bed, + 1 Double Sofa bed provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. Night rate includes up to 4 guests, 500php pp for extra guests to max of 6. This property has just been renovated (March 2024) with new paint/decor, new aircons, new beds & bedding, updated decor, kitchenware, crockery, TV etc. This is a fantastic spacious and comfortable home to station yourself at to enjoy all that Bohol and Panglao has to offer. Once you book, we will send you a manual with more info on how to get here, what is on offer locally, info about the house etc. Guests can enjoy a quiet beach which is less than 150m walk from the property or an easy 15 minute walk to popular Alona beach. The private beach near the house is quite shallow, so not ideal for swimming, but nice to enjoy a sunrise or sunset, allow children to paddle in or be picked up and dropped off at if you decide to enjoy an island hopping tour. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you will need to cook and enjoy meals in this comfortable space, including a range of pots, pans, utensils, plates and cutlery, a French press coffee maker etc. If cooking is not your cup of tea, you can enjoy dining out at the many local restaurants and resorts which are in close walking distance. The newly tiled bathroom has hot and cold water, a European style floor to ceiling tiled shower, complete with complimentary shampoo and soap dispensers and a hair dryer. We also have an iron and board for your convenience. There is a lovely outdoor space at the front of the property with a small table and chairs or you can enjoy shared access to our Bahay Kubo (Nipa Hut) with our guests from our one bedroom unit. This is a great little hut to enjoy a beverage or two. The house has a large lounge/dining/kitchen area with aircon, smart TV with Netflix, private bathroom and two bedrooms both with aircon. The first bedroom has a new Queen bed with international power points and USB chargers built into the headboard, a desk and a wardrobe. The larger bedroom has a double bed and queen bed with international sockets and USB chargers built in to the headboard, a small desk and wardrobe. Included in the nightly rate is bedding for the Queen Beds in the two bedrooms for up to 4 guests. Up to two additional guests may stay for an extra 500php per night and we will arrange bedding for the double bed. We also have a sofa bed in the lounge which can be made up for 500php. Scooter/Motorcycle hire is available from the store on the corner of our road for 500php per day. There is also a ATM and a store to buy supplies. Please let us know at least 24hrs in advance what time you will arrive and if you need assistance to arrange pick up from the sea or airport. The drivers we use charge the following: If you would like an air-conditioned van to pick you up from the seaport, it can be arranged for 800php (car) for up to 4 people or 1000php (van) for 5-6pax. Airport pick up is 700 pesos for up to four people (car) and 800 pesos for van. We require 48hrs notice to arrange on your behalf. You could also use a tricycle which is around 400-500php. Our Caretaker Lolit will meet you on arrival. Once you book we will send you her details. Please be aware that check in is from 2pm to 8pm. Please let us know if you are arriving later prior to booking. The owner does not live on site however Lolit lives near by and can help you with any issues. We will send you her number once you have booked. She will greet you on check in. The house is situated 150m away from a private beach in a quiet estate consisting of 11 houses. The entrance is 150m from the main road where you can flag tricycles or rent a scooter from the store. There is a convenience store 150m from the house where you can get groceries, alcohol, rent scooters, use an ATM etc. There are many restaurants and resorts walking distance from the house. Only a 5 minute walk to Bluewater Resort and other cafes and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from Alona Beach and a 30 minute drive from Tagbilaran Port. Tricycles can be flagged from the main road and are easily obtained from Alona beach. The fare should not be more than 100-150php.
