Beautiful room in the heart of Yanahuara. The room has a separate entrance as a hotel. It has a separate and spacious bathroom inside the room; with all the amenities: Wifi, Prime video, electricity and hot water. Everything is new and in perfect condition. The room is very cozy, comfortable and clean. It is very close to the viewpoint and Yanahuara Square, International Club, clinics, Av. Ejército with buses to get around Arequipa. Very safe area! The space The room has a large bathroom and a private balcony. It is very close to the Yanahuara viewpoint, Ejército Avenue and clinics. There is public transportation nearby and it is a 15-minute walk to downtown. Guest access Access to balcony and waiting or reading area. Other things to note The place is very nice, it has a bohemian, boho atmosphere/ style. Our Airbnb prioritizes cleanliness. For us, the most important thing is to know that when you arrive at a place, everything should be very pleasant and reliable.
