Only guests registered in the reservation will be able to access the property - visits are not allowed, as stated in the House Rules. Check-in instructions will be sent via the platform at 8 p.m. the night before your arrival. Use of the swimming pool and fitness center is free. To use the sauna and whirlpool, it is necessary to schedule the time with the concierge (we are not responsible for the appointments). The shared laundry room can be accessed through the "OMO Lavanderia" app and instructions for use are posted on signs in the laundry room itself. Other things to note The condominium is residential and does not have a structure for storing luggage. Access to the condominium will be authorized from the check-in time: the guest is not allowed to wait in the common areas before their check-in time or after checkout - this is a condominium rule and we ask for cooperation so that there is no notification/fine.
