Perfect wedding guest space

Our little house is located just 1 mile from the Fennes Wedding estate. Just a short drive from Gosfield Hall, The compasses, Houchins & Leez Priory. Carey House is perfect for wedding guests wanting a larger space to stay together. With 4 bedrooms sleeping 7 - 8 guests, a large family entertainment space & garden. With stunning countryside views to the rear. The house also has its own dedicated dressing room for bridal parties needing a large space to get ready together + we’re dog friendly The space We have 3 rooms upstairs. Master bedroom = 1x superking or 2 single beds depending on your requirements. 1 x double bedroom 1 x single bedroom. 1 bathroom with a shower and bath. Downstairs we have a lounge which doubles up as our 4th bedroom. With a sofa bed but with a very cosy topper on top for your comfort. In the main family space we have a sofa/ dining table and kitchen to cater for large groups and this leads straight out to our garden. There is also a utility space and WC. Also downstairs is the makeup room, this can also be used as an office space or if required we could put the trundle bed in this room for children to sleep as a 5th bedroom. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive. The driveway narrows at one end so isn’t suitable for all vehicles. We welcome Trade workers so if you have work vans or longer vehicles we can arrange for safe parking at the house next door as long as we have notice before your stay. Guest access The whole house & Garden is private for your exclusive use. There is a shed for bike storage if needed. There are lots of toys and games in the property for you to use. Some of the playground equipment has recently been removed due to storm damage, however any toys or games in side & outside of the property are available to use. Please note children must be supervised at all times in the garden & any play equipment is used at the users own risk. Dog walks and bike walks can be accessed through the back gate where you can ride or walk for miles. Please ask us for recommendations on nice walking routes. Other things to note We have a pub and coop conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from our house. We are surrounded by wildlife and you might even see one of the resident peacocks during your stay. You can access walks directly through from the rear garden There are fishing lakes just 1.5 miles from the property
