We have updated and renovated inside and out to make your stay exceptional and truly above and beyond. Our favorite home features are its one-of-a-kind coastal views from the rooftop SkyDeck, proximity to the beach, and its privacy-oriented spacious layout. Above and Beyond is a three story, reverse floor plan, with the kitchen, dining, living room and main entertaining space on the top floor - taking advantage of all the southern and eastern views of the Atlantic ocean. Our home also offers exceptional exterior privacy compared to many oceanfront homes in the area. With miles of open-space beyond our backyard, it adds another level of peacefulness to mornings on the decks or taking in the views from inside. Outside we have a large fenced in backyard with a heated pool, jacuzzi, private outdoor shower, Weber Genesis Grill, along with plenty of private entertaining space. Just inside in first floor game room there is a billiards table, card table, full wet bar, large movie theatre room with recliners, a convenient elevator, and carport access to the driveway. Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the nearest beach crossover over the dunes. Guests have full-access to the house, fenced in property in the backyard and rooftop SkyDeck. The rooftop SkyDeck (or Crows Nest as some call it) is accessible via stairs from the 3rd floor. It can support 15 people maximum for safety reasons. Guests are NOT allowed on the roof or beyond the guard rails. *Please park in our driveway only, no street parking is allowed. We have a large driveway that can accommodate 6-8 cars. *The pool will open April 1st and close the end of October Other things to note We enjoy hosting and sharing our home so that families can create life-long memories in Corolla, and feel well-taken care during their entire stay. The Area: Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses near the Carova area, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town. Basic Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter supply of kitchen products, paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries (mini shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) to get going. But we recommend that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High Speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property, but if there are local storms there may be temporary outages. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Other rules/guidelines - Minimum Age to Rent: 25 *Family Groups Only - We do not allow large events, parties, or under-age groups - We do not allow smoking inside or on our property - We charge for excessive waste clean up of up to $200 - For all damage to the property we will submit a claim with Airbnb, and it will be the guest's responsibility to pay for the damage and replacement costs
