ATTENTION: It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities, etc. If you plan a party, this house is NOT recommended for you. Please note: if a guest breaks this important rule, the reservation will be canceled, and all guests must evacuate the property. Other things to note Guest Registration: Only guests informed through the Airbnb Platform are allowed to stay on the property. According to HOA regulations and house rules (please refer to the house rules document), we kindly request that all guests be registered and provide their full names, ages, and relationships within 24 hours of booking. Pool and Fitness Center Access: Guests have free access to the Clubhouse pool and fitness center. To use these amenities, an access card is required. The Amenity Key Authorization Form will be available at the property. A valid photo ID must be presented. A $10 refundable deposit per card will be collected at issuance. The deposit is refunded upon return of the card. If the card is not returned, the deposit will be charged to the card on file. The card provides access for the entire duration of your stay. Grill / Barbecue: We are not allowed to provide a grill. If you wish to use one, we recommend contacting companies that rent grills. Toiletries / Supplies: All homes provide a starter (welcome kit*) supply of toiletries and kitchen essentials. Guests are responsible for purchasing or supplying all additional items needed for their stay.
