We've used this space for years to host family and friends and now have opened up our lovely apartment for you to come and explore the many canyons, mountains and deserts in the Four Corners Region. Centrally located with access to several National Parks and Monuments as well as Lake Powell and the newly formed Bears Ears National Monument, you will be in a prime location to base here and explore. Our space consists of a lovely brightly lit and cozy basement apartment set up and ready for your visit. It is a 1 Bed/1 Bath space with shower, a stocked kitchen with many essentials, a comfy living room space, a work from home desk space, and a work out / exercise space complete with treadmill and some free weights. Enjoy board games and travel books while you relax in the evenings. A TV is located in the main living space as well as the bedroom, both are connected with Amazon Fire Sticks for access to your favorite streaming apps. We have excellent WiFi for those requiring to stay connected while on the road. Guests will have full access to the entirety of the apartment. The driveway is long enough for a 30' trailer to back in, the road is wide enough for on street parking. We live on site in the main house and would love to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us. This residence is centrally located in the middle of town in a quiet residential neighborhood. It sits within walking distance of the post office as well as several restaurants, coffee/bakery shop, Ice Cream Parlor, convenience store, hardware store, pharmacy and several banks. Also located around the corner is the Bowling Alley. A couple of the town parks are not too far out of reach either. Parking is located in gravel drive way and has room enough to back a 30 ft trailer into the drive. The roadway is also wide enough and has room in front of the property for some on street parking. Getting around town from this location can be accomplished by either walking, driving, or riding a UTV/ SxS. (ATV's are not permitted transportation in town - but can be driven from residence straight to trail heads). We have some chickens on the property as well as a dog, but all areas for guests are closed off to animals having access.
