Tito’s Toast of Cleveland Rocks the Heartland!

Come Rock the Land by taking in all that Cleveland has to offer in the Condo that is in the center of it all. The Warehouse District is loaded with Restaurants, Bars and Clubs and a short walk to almost any venue that you would want to take in during your stay! There is so much to see and do, you will find it hard to leave the retro-industrial, eclectic condo, but you MUST get out and enjoy the city! Tito's Toast of Cleveland would love to host you in our Fantastic City! The space The pictures don’t do justice to the amount of space in this 2nd floor stunning condo located in the Grand Arcade Building at the heart of Downtown in the Warehouse District. The building has secure access and three entrances that can be used by the guest after initial entry. There is plenty of room to add air mattresses for extra sleeping in the primary bedroom or in the living room. The primary bedroom boasts a king size Cooling-Gel Memory Foam Mattress that is comfortable beyond words. There is a futon along with the queen bed, also the Cooling-Gel Mattress, in the secondary bedroom that has its own bathroom; however, it accessible from the hallway as well. There are extra towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and two air mattresses. The bathrooms are supplied with blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with some necessities that a guest may have forgotten. The kitchen seats six at the large island and has all of the amenities to entertain or just enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with necessary pots, pans, bowls, etc. as well as a Keurig coffee pot and coffee pods, hot chocolate and teas. This unit includes an ensuite washer and dryer with detergent to do laundry, if needed. Please note there are 2 thermostats. The living room is controlled in the kitchen. The bedrooms are controlled in the hallway. Guest access The entire almost 1900sf condo is privately available to the guests. 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large, open kitchen and living area are accessible to only the renter. There is an additional full-size bed in the pullout sofa if needed. Other things to note Please note that there is a good walk through the hallways after you take the elevator. There are steps no matter which entry, but once you enter the condo, you will have key fob access to entry/exits on W. 6th as well as W. 4th that are much closer to our unit. If the elevator is used, it is possible to only have to go down the stairs if you always go to the 3rd floor which makes the trek a bit easier. There is also key fob access at the St. Clair entrance…it is the black pad with the WiFi symbol under the keypad. Paid over night parking lots are located to the North on W. 6th/adjacent to the building that run approximately $30-$40 and to the East between W. 3rd/W. 4th that run $20-$30. Another is an automated option caddy-corner to the building to the West of the Agave and Rye Restaurant. This is normally $15 over night most of the time; however, a bit more of a walk. Be aware that Browns game day parking will be hard to find and more expensive. Please be aware that parking may require cash depending on the lot, so be prepared for that.
