Although there are two sofa beds, the apartment is a studio, so it is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. You can park your car inside the private space of the property. Other things to note Our apartment is a convenient solution to spend a few days in peace by the sea in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Adriatic. The apartment is a small studio that is part of the International Condominium. It is located on the first floor, going up the external metal staircase, at the end of the corridor at number 8. Between the two sofa beds there is only a dividing wall with a small window in the center. It is always possible to pass between the kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace because the beds leave a small passage space. The water heater is used little in summer: it allows one or two showers, then you have to wait 10 minutes for the water to warm up again. You will have a part of the closet that is above the first sofa bed; the second part is not accessible to guests, so please do not force the lock. The television only receives Italian channels: it is not a smart TV. You can also watch it by pointing it out onto the terrace while you have lunch. Just below the house, around the corner, there is everything: bank, bar, pizzeria restaurant, butcher, bakery, newspaper stand, tobacco shop.
