This stay has 4 bedrooms, plus a study, 2 bathrooms, with separate toilet, a large open lounge, dining and kitchen area with a seperate kids play room - fully equipped to keep your kids entertained. It also has a large entertaining space outside with a 10 seater dining table, play gym for the kids and a trampoline. Relax on the paved alfresco whilst the kids play The space Master bedroom consists of King Size Bed and Ensuite with Shower. The second bedroom has a King Single Bed with a King Single Trundle underneath. The third bedroom has another king single and the fourth bedroom has a cot (can have a single air mattress if required). The second, third and fourth bedroom are located on the other side of the house with sliding doors enabling you to close for privacy or nap/night times. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath and seperate shower, and the toilet is located separately with it’s own basin. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. There is a fully equipped kitchen - everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. It is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which overlooks the backyard. There is a seperate children’s playroom which includes play couches, a play kitchen, endless amounts of toys and it’s own TV with chrome cast access. Outside consists of a 10 seater dining table, a trampoline, a children’s play gym and endless amounts of outdoor toys. It is kids heaven, and pet friendly and provides a perfect family escape! The property is a 7-10min walk to local shops, a 5minute drive to Westfield Woden and a 10-15minute drive to the Canberra Centre. Just over 2 hours to the ski resorts during winter, a perfect base for a day trip to the snow! Guest access You will be able to access all areas of the house, except the garage.
