Rest and stay in a nice, private and safe house; in the center of the industrial area, very well located. The space Comfortable room on the second level; with full bathroom next to the room; and half bathroom downstairs; both shared with one person. (Most of the time it's just for you, unless there's an extraordinary guest. Common areas available such as living room, dining room; kitchen: laundry area; patio; study. Guest access You can use all common and available areas such as the kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils); laundry area with automatic washing machine; living room, dining room, patio and study. During your stay You will surely meet another guest at some point; but regularly the house is for you only; or when I go to do some activity we will greet each other.
