Basement room with private entrance, close to PSU

Welcome to our home. We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the Penn State campus and downtown State College. Our guest room has its own entrance, a new queen sized bed, and an adjacent private bathroom. * 5 minute drive or 2 mile walk to Beaver Stadium * 1 minute walk to a CATA bus stop on North Atherton Street * Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants along North Atherton Street * Off street parking The space We will greet you upon check-in and give you an access code for your own private entrance. Your entrance is at the back of the house and down a set of covered, external stairs. Our family lives on the main floor of the house; you’ll have the downstairs mostly to yourself. The laundry (which you are welcome to use) and our storage is also on the lower level. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom, you are welcome to use the common spaces in the house which include: kitchen, living room, laundry, and the backyard. When our paths cross, we are always happy to chat, and we are also happy to give you space, whichever you prefer. During your stay We’re available if guests need anything. If you love board games, there’s probably someone willing to join you for Catan, Azul, 7 Wonders, Ticket to Ride, or Parks at a moment's notice. Other things to note We have three friendly cats, Chocolate, Chip, and Cookie. They roam the house and the yard, but they’ll stay out of your room if you leave your door closed. If you have cat allergies, please do not book.
