Step in Shower Only. Recently updated. Kitchen: Ample kitchen space and enough tools to eat in and coffee to wake you up! Full-size appliances throughout. Bedroom: Queen-size memory foam bed with clean linens provided. A closet is available for your convenience with many shelves to store your luggage. No Air conditioner is provided at this property. As a bottom apartment, it stays very cool. Baseboard heat throughout. Pet Free Apartment Smoke-free Apartment Laundry room that is shared, is in a separate space on the other side of the wall from the kitchen. You have direct access from the exterior back side of your unit. 10 AM is checkout. Check in at 4 PM :). This gives our cleaners ample time to sanitize units. We will contact you as soon as the unit is ready, even if that is early! The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
