Adjacent to a mid-century style home, the apartment has been fully renovated, and decorated in a modern, yet cozy style. Its great natural light and the unique decorative accents make this vacation home feel bright and charming. Situated in the highly coveted Santa Teresita neighborhood, it is just a short five-minute walk from the beach. The space The bedroom and common area have fans as well as new and efficient AC units, to better suit your needs. The bedroom includes a comfortable mattress and is dressed in soft cotton liners and a comforter. The bathroom has a chic industrial look with carefully selected details. A set of soft cotton towels will be provided per guests as well has shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, a coffeemaker, toaster and a microwave. The outdoor area is a shared space with 2 other units that make up the complex. It includes a BBQ and a lounge area where you can spend a relaxing afternoon. There are beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. The house comes equipped with WiFi, a smart TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, BBQ, and other amenities for your convenience. As Puerto Rico’s electrical system can be irregular, the complex also has an emergency generator that be turned on manually to can run basic amenities including the fans, refrigerator, and the kitchen. The unit also has a water cistern. We love hosting and hope you enjoy this unique space we have designed just for you. Other things to note The house includes 2 additional yet separate units, so you may have neighbors in the complex during your stay. It is important to be mindful of each other’s needs and ready to share the outer amenities like the BBQ and the lounge area. Here is a friendly reminder of the house rules: - Extra guests that have not been previously registered or visitors are not allowed in the property. - Candles and smoke inside the property is STRICTLY forbidden. - Please refrain from excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm - PLEASE.. turn air conditioners OFF when you will be out of the property for an extended period of time. IMPORTANT TO NOTICE: We deliver towels and sheets in excellent condition. However, it has been our experience that some guests do not use them properly. Please DO NOT use the grey or white towels to remove your makeup or sunblock, as these leave permanent stains on the towels. Please use cleaning wipes for this or the BLACK face towel with the word MAKEUP that has been provided. Also, please DO NOT use the towels to dry the floor. BATHROOMS: We ask you to please undertand that water pressure in Puerto Rico is to low. And the water temperature is more moderate than the water in the US or other countries. You will not get extreme hot or cold water. Also, please use the trash can provided in the bathroom to dispose of feminine hygiene products including tampons and pads, and any cotton product or q-tips. Please DO NOT flush wipes in the toilet as this will clog it. ELECTRICTY: The electrical grid in Puerto Rico is unstable. It is very possible that you will experience interruptions in the electric service during your stay. This is out of our control and is generalized on the island. The property does have a generator that is manually turned on when the power goes out for long periods of time.
