Tucked away off the main Montague street down a quiet private road away from the hustle and bustle. The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen stocked with complimentary Teas, Coffees and the main essentials (air fryer, kettle, toaster, microwave & cooking equipment) . There is plenty of space to spread out and relax in the living room with a designated dining area looking out to the courtyard. Make yourself comfortable on one of our sofas, switch on the lamp and your favourite Netflix series to settle down for the evening. On the First floor level is the bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Which consists of a comfy King sized Emma bed , bedside tables with reading lamps, plenty of storage space to unpack clothes and a designated workspace area. Guest access You will have the entire house and garden all to yourself so please enjoy! Other things to note A Parking permit is available on request free of charge. Please note the parking is on-street in B Zone, right outside the property.
